Coconut Oil – with it’s gorgeous, natural fragrance, coconut oil is famous for its powerful moisturising qualities, helping to strengthen skin from within while absorbing quickly. Coconut oil is rich in vitamin E, making it incredibly soothing for skin irritations such as eczema and dermatitis, as well as being antifungal and antiviral.
Colloidal Oatmeal – this oatmeal is used in our bath soaks as it has moisturising, cleansing, anti oxidative and anti-inflammatory properties. Colloidal oatmeal is great for all skin types, especially sensitive, itchy, dry or eczema prone skin.
Dead Sea Mineral Salts – with an impressive mineral profile, the salts sourced from the Dead Sea have long been revered for their skincare benefits, including their ability to improve skin hydration while detoxifying and restoring the body’s mineral balance. These divine salts may be useful for targeting tricky skin conditions while promoting a youthful glow.
Epsom Salts – epsom salts offer gentle exfoliating properties to our soaks and scrubs. Epsom salts help to restore magnesium balance in the body, which can assist in relieving muscle tension, pain and inflammation while easing stress and promoting relaxation.
Fractionated Coconut Oil – Fractionated coconut oil is the extracted liquid portion [“fraction”] of the normally semi-solid coconut oil. This oil remains liquid at room temperature, which is perfect for essential oil blends, sprays and scrubs. Fractionated Coconut Oil has superior moisturising abilities, antibacterial action and a high concentration of antioxidants. FCO is used in all our rollerball blends as the carrier oil.
Himalayan Pink Salt – with its granular shape, HPS offers gentle exfoliating properties to our soaks and scrubs. HPS can act as a powerful detoxifier, and can help to fortify muscles, bones and connective tissue to restore function and relieve aches and pains and stimulate circulation.
Jojoba Oil – with a structure likened to the skins naturally produced sebum, jojoba oil mimics the skins natural oils. Containing a perfect balance of skin healing vitamins and nutrients, jojoba penetrates deeply to help keep skin smooth, supple and moisturised.
Magnesium Chloride Flakes – these magical flakes are used in our magnesium oil spray, bath soaks and body scrubs to create magnesium oil. Applying magnesium oil topically is the best way to top up your body’s magnesium levels. Magnesium is good for muscle knots and cramps, sports recovery, headaches and migraines, PMS symptoms, constipation, insomnia, depression and anxiety and many more issues.
Milk Powder – milk powder is used in our bath soaks for its skin nourishing properties. Milk softens and cleanses skin. Gently exfoliating dead skin while encouraging skin regeneration.
Refined Sweet Almond Oil – is known for its ability to soften and re-condition the skin. It is rich in proteins and Vitamin D and is considered extremely nourishing to the skin.
Crystals
Rose Quartz – opens the heart to all kinds of love. Rose Quartz helps to raise your self-esteem, restore confidence and balance emotions. It is one of the best crystal to use for positive self-affirmations. This is used in the Love Spray.
Citrine – this is the crystal of light, happiness and abundance. Citrine is a powerful crystal for manifestation, helping you to achieve your goals. It is also powerful for attracting wealth and prosperity. This is used in the Happy Spray.
Sodalite – brings inner peace and develops intuition. Sodalite stimulate creative ability, cleanses negative energies and open higher awareness. This is used in the Home/Protect spray.
Green Adventurine – inspires creativity, motivation and zest for life. Green Adventurine brings well-being and emotional calm, carrying a strong connection to earth and nature. A perfect crystal for calming and grounding. This is used in the Calm Spray.
Amethyst – has strong cleansing and healing powers and is a natural stress reliever. Amethyst vibrates with a beautiful energy and has gently soothing and calming qualities. This is used in the Sleep Spray.
Clear Quartz – energizes and activates your chakras. Clear quartz amplifies energy and thought, promoting clarity of the mind and aiding creativity. This is used in the Energy Spray.
Dried Herbs & Flowers
Various dried herbs and flowers such as Lavender, Calendula, Chamomile Flowers and Rose Petals are used in my bath soaks and body scrubs. These have been handpicked to amplify the properties of the other luxe botanicals and both soothe, support and calm the mind, body and spirit.
High-Grade Essential Oils
I use over 100 different high grade essential oils to create my complete product range. Each essential oil has been handpicked by me for its specific properties and qualities such as; calming, energizing, grounding, nourishing, purifying, rejuvenating, relaxing, soothing, supporting, uplifting and many more. In all my years’ experience with high grade essential oils, there literally is an oil for everything.
